General booking terms for Green Clean Melbourne cleaning services.
Cleaning service terms
These terms are provided as general business terms for cleaning bookings. They are not legal advice and may be reviewed by your professional adviser before publication.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information provided, including property size, condition, access, photos, service type and requested scope. If the actual condition or scope differs from the quote, we may discuss revised pricing before continuing.
Booking deposit
To secure a booking, Green Clean Melbourne may require a 50% deposit of the quoted amount. The remaining balance is payable on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations and changes
Deposits are generally non-refundable for cancellations, late changes or access issues that prevent the job from proceeding. Where reasonable, we may offer to reschedule the booking subject to availability.
Access and utilities
The client must provide safe access, parking where possible, power, water and any required entry details. Waiting time, unavailable access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
Fair scope policy
Our cleaners will complete the agreed checklist and scope to a professional standard. Heavy build-up, excessive clutter, biohazards, mould, pest issues, construction residue, large amounts of rubbish or work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and charges.
Photos and completion records
We may take before-and-after photos for internal quality control and completion records. We will not publish identifiable client property photos for marketing without permission.
Payment
Invoices are payable according to the agreed terms. Late payments may delay future bookings.
Damage and limitations
Clients should advise us of fragile items, delicate surfaces, faulty fixtures or pre-existing damage before work begins. Some stains, marks, grout discolouration, mould staining or surface damage may not be fully removable.
